ABOUT STELLAH
Hi, I’m Stellah Littlemore — and Nineteen Miles was born from deep loss, personal healing, and the unshakable belief that every woman has the power to rebuild herself.

I didn’t grow up in a safe home. I learned early that survival wasn't just physical—it was emotional, mental, and spiritual. I spent years navigating a childhood marked by domestic violence, and that experience shaped much of my adult life: low self-worth, weak boundaries, and a constant fear of abandonment.

Then came the pain that changed everything.
In just a few months, I lost my younger brother, Miles, at only 19 years old. Not long after, I uncovered infidelity in my
engagement. Two events that shattered the identity I thought I had—but also cracked me open.

And from those cracks, I began to rebuild.
I stopped surviving and started leading. I did the inner work most people avoid. I reclaimed my power,
redefined my identity, and built a life rooted in emotional regulation, self-worth, and embodied confidence.

This transformation didn’t happen overnight.
It took years of shadow work, inner child healing, emotional breakthroughs, and mindset rewiring. But I did
the work—and I’ve since helped hundreds of women do the same.

Today, I coach women who are ready to heal at the root.
Women who are tired of people-pleasing, settling, doubting themselves, or feeling like a liability in their
own lives. The ones who feel stuck but know they’re meant for more.

In addition to my lived experience, I’m a certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, Manifestation Coach, and
trained in Trauma-Informed Care—because I take this work seriously. I’ve blended science, psychology,
energetics, and strategy into a coaching method that doesn’t just feel good... it creates lasting change.

At Nineteen Miles, we focus on three phases of transformation:
-
Reclaim Her: healing your past, breaking toxic patterns, and letting go of who you're not
-
Become Her: rebuilding your identity, self-worth, and unshakable confidence
-
Elevate Her: stepping into emotional mastery, self-leadership, and your highest potential

This is more than mindset coaching.
It’s a reclamation of your power. It’s self-worth in motion. It’s the process of becoming her—the woman you were always meant to be.
